Greg Barrette's Heart of Oneness CD is awesome. I first heard it at a group meditation and have since recommended it to at least a dozen people. It's the only CD I can meditate to and stay focused.

I attended a class taught by Jane at Unity Village, Missouri and was really impressed. I left that event feeling inspired. Also, I have the 7 Steps For Successful Life Transitions CD, and while at first I didn't think it would really help me overcome certain things, I found it really DID. Everyday I find new aspects of myself to let go. While it's not always easy, it is very freeing.

The book Spiritual Power Tools is the single most insightful and practical book I've ever read and I recommend it for any spiritual student. As an avid reader, I was surprised to find it's really not a book for reading at all, but a book for "being" and discovering who you really are.
