Meditation is the process we must use to unveil our whole SELF. Through meditation our vibrations are raised.  Our intuitive Mind is awakened and activated.  The intuitive mind accesses the all-knowing mind of God. All the knowledge and wisdom of the ages is available to us. In order to move into the all knowingness of God, a purification process takes place. God uses our intuitive mind to bring into consciousness things that are blocking us from our wholeness.  We have soul issues that must be balanced and realigned.  We are supported, guided and directed to those things stored in our subconscious mind that have kept us stuck. Every soul must eventually go through this process. This is the procedure which takes us to the next dimension of Being.

Meditation is the most important action you can take to change your consciousness.  
 
When I began meditating many years ago, I know how connected I felt to my God Self, surrendering myself in meditation and detaching from the outcome. It feels so free and opens many doors for me to get in touch with greater possibilities for my life. 
 
Meditation is a process of releasing old patterns from the subconscious mind.  When you release and let go you have much more energy to move forward.  
 
By surrendering to God in meditation and detaching from the outcomes, we are open to the highest good of everyone around us.

What is your soul trying to teach you today? 
Every day holds opportunities to learn about yourself and uncover new, spiritual understanding. Watch for those magnified instances in thought or situations that seem to stay on your mind--they are trying to show you what to discover or to release within you!
Action to take: Ask each day, "What is my soul trying to teach me today?" and be on the lookout for those people or situations that are mirroring something for you. Journal about the situation to glean the message that is trying to emerge.

One of the great things about the spiritual life is that the adventure never ends!  Your soul’s desire is to constantly move you forward, unveiling and expressing more of who you are.

If an area of your life has become stale and you are ready to grow and change—take action to create a new you!

  • Take the aspect of your life that you’re working on—a job, relationship, home, or all of the above—through the Seven Step process.  Release and be open to your highest good.
  • Be disciplined about your meditation practice to purify and align yourself with your soul’s highest expression.
  • Ask God to reveal to you your next spiritual step for your soul, which also blesses all of the souls you come in contact with.
  • BE OPEN to revelations about your life.  A signature of God revealing what is yours to do is that all of the action steps you need to take unfold before you.  Practical, clear steps that “come out of nowhere” are the hallmark of your Soul’s direction.  Sometimes change happens easily and effortlessly as you ride a wave of new energy, and sometimes it is quite the opposite--but worth the effort!  
  • Move forward with an unwavering desire to do what is yours to do.  Be open to adjusting and correcting your course along the way as new information is revealed.  Always remember that God is with you and your soul is your compass guiding and expressing in its highest way.

How do I free my soul to express itself? 

I began by taking an honest look back at my life to see when I felt happy, joyous, and free. I felt that surely my soul was in charge in those moments and by identifying them I could make a conscious effort to experience more of them. What jumped out at me was that the only time I truly felt happy, joyous, and free was when I was taking responsibility for my soul by taking the following actions:

  • Being of service to others
  • Learning and utilizing spiritual tools like journaling and the "Seven Steps" to heal and unveil more of who I truly was
  • Maintaining my spiritual condition by meditating and connecting with God on a soul level every day.

So this is simple & clear enough: If our heart's desire is to be happy, joyous, and free we must make our soul evolution our first priority. 

We send a powerful message to the universe when we affirm our hearts desire by taking action & responsibility for our own Soul development every day.

One of the many priceless benefits of meditation is greater access to divine solutions to life's day to day challenges. 
 
Through a consistent daily meditation practice we "rewire" our brains for spirituality and upgrade our wireless connection to God. As Jane Elizabeth says in the attached video, meditation allows us to contact God as one would Google for information on the internet. 
 
When faced with a simple or large decision in life many of us can be overwhelmed by the myriad of potential solutions to our problem. With our Ego so often directing the show, and so many factors involved, it can be quite challenging to know if one is making a good decision. 
 
By surrendering our challenges to God in meditation and detaching from the outcome we open the door for a divine solution that is for the highest good of everyone involved.  
 
We may receive our answer immediately, or sometime later in a flash of revelation, in a dream, or on a billboard driving down the highway. Either way when it comes we know it is from our Soul because everything we need to do is given to us in divine order with perfect clarity, it provides for the highest good of all of the souls involved, and we are filled with an unmistakable peace which passes all understanding. 
 
Many of us have made decisions that we came to regret later; that thing, person, or job that we thought would solve our problem turned out to just create another one.  
 
I have learned that my Soul knows what is good for me, much better than I do. So when I surrender one of my challenges, and request knowledge of God's will for my life I get excited like a kid on Christmas in the anticipation of God's creative solutions for my life!

      Many of us have spent a good part of our lives thinking that if we could just get the people in our lives to do what we know is best-life would be great. If only they would line up where we tell them to on the chess board of life, they would be free of drama. More importantly for us, we think that we would be free of drama, and our life would then be "pain free". 
     Somewhere in my travels I was told, "You know Jeff, you can't heal anyone until you heal yourself." To which my spiritual ego retorted at light speed, "What do you mean? I have learned so much-surely I can help others". But the truth was, I had much more work to do on myself in order to become truly ready to be of service to others. Not the least of which was to gain humility...how arrogant I was to think that I knew what was best for another soul, let alone my own. God alone knows truly what is for the highest good of our souls. Along with the knowledge of what life experiences are needed to "unravel" each individual soul's karma.
What I have learned along the way is that by doing our own work, we purify ourselves and raise our vibration to a higher level. We take our vibration with us everywhere we go, positively affecting all of the souls that we come in contact with whether they realize it or not.
     This is the beautiful simplicity of it all. By working with what is right in front of us, and first healing ourselves, we naturally raise our vibration, along with those around us, to help them heal. Also, we do not have to dictate for others how their healing process should look. That's God's problem, so to speak, and is none of our business. Slowly but surely we positively affect the circle of souls around us, and they in kind do the same for others--growing in geometrically increasing numbers.
     This is why the work that we do as individualized souls is so important to the whole. 
     You have a greater impact on the world around you and are more powerful than you could ever imagine.
